Keeping an appointment should be priority, to honor both your well-being and the time of the practitioner.
An appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled with no fee, given a 24 hour notice. Missed appointments with no prior notice will be charged the full amount. If an accident has occurred to cause you to miss your appointment, contact your practitioner as soon as possible to work out a reasonable plan moving forward.
If you become sick, or test positive for COVID or another illness, we must reschedule at no charge.
